The left stamp was issued on Feb.24,1994 to celebrate the inauguration of Kim Young Sam, the 14th president of Korea.
The second stamp was issued on Apr.25,1995 to commemorate the centenary of Modern Legal Education in Korea.
The third stamp illustrates Weigela (Weigela hortensis) and the fourth stamp shows Korean Iris (Iris odaesanensis).
