The 0.09,0.19 and 0.37 euro stamps are from Malta 2009 definitive set,which tracks Malta's historical phases and milestones by depicting their related iconic images. The 3 stamps shows Phoenician & Punic Period, Byzantine Period and Norman & Hohenstaufen Period respectively.
The 0.21 euro stamp was issued in 2007 to celebrate the 100 anniv. of Malta Society Museum.
